January 2025 Release Notes

What has changed?

Hello everyone!

We have been working hard to add new features going into 2025!

Here are some of the new features that we've added.

Internal retailers: 

For those who do contract work for retailers/coops, we've added a feature that we call internal retailers. In the past we had to use a drop-down and create another store but now we can put them all into one complete store. There are many advantages of being able to see everything in one store and batch them all together into one store.

New dispatching/batching feature:

Whether you use retailers or not, for those who need to batch their work together this is a great new tool that allows you to choose individual polygons and filter by chemical recipe combinations. It's going to be a great tool to help you with your workflow!

GPS Syncs:

If you are using a thumb drive to get your mapping information into your plane, no problem! Everything still works the same. However if you would like to connect wirelessly, we have the most options available! We have recently added Tabula online and also have the Satloc G4, Satloc Falcon and the Agpilotx.

We included YouTube videos to help you understand how they work.

Note: if you upload the job number and don't modify the number from when you import it, it should automatically match your log files now!

Agpilotx:

New trimming tools:

With multiple GPS systems used to upload applied data, the code to receive them and interpret them might be different for us. We now have different trimming options available.

Now that 2024 is behind us, many people call and ask if there's anything that they need to do or run for the end of the year. It's really just another month end process if you are rolling your month. Otherwise we suggest running some yearly reports such as the condensed transaction report found in the report menu. The log book reports are great to send to your customers where they can see what's been done for the year.

It wouldn't hurt to run the aging report to find out those people that are still not paid up.

We are currently working on many new features! We're hoping to release our QuickBooks online interface very soon! Please remember that we are always available to schedule training classes especially for new employees or new users! We want you to get the most out of Chem-Man and be educated on its many features.
